Lehman's is a family owned and operated business, which was founded in 1952 in Waukegan, Illinois. Founder's Philip "Bud" and Betty Ogden began the business with the emphasis on providing high quality, affordable manufactured homes to the northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin areas. This tradition has continued to be the foundation of day to day business operations.

Lehman's and the manufactured home industry have seen dramatic changes over the years. Lehman's has kept up with the cutting edge of the industry and the changing needs of today's family lifestyle by offering new HUD coded homes and Lehman's is an active broker in pre-owned homes, providing a wide variety of locations and homes to choose from throughout Lake County, Illinois and Kenosha County, Wisconsin.

Lehman's also provides financing services, board-certified manufactured home appraisals and insurance services, specializing in manufactured homes.

Lehman's is located on the west side of the intersection of Hwy. 41, I-94 and Russell Road in Zion, Illinois. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. After hours and Sunday hours are available by appointment. We are closed all major holidays.
